Walking the boardwalk (Malecon) should definitely be on your to-do list if you are vacationing in in Puerto Vallarta, and the evening is a great time to take your stroll because you get a chance to catch the sun setting over the horizon. So check out some of the shops along the way, enjoy the shows given by the street performers, get a gelato or ice cream or do some sightseeing while taking this memorable moment on the Malecon. You are sure to enjoy yourself while soaking up the culture of this town as you see the setting of the sun.
